Remember the mess Susan left behind in chapter 3? It seems Levi has forgotten to check out the balcony after her as well. Whatever you liked her or not, you know that woman was one hell of a mess.
Also, he probably wishes that the phone call would have gone so much better, but maybe Levi will get another change to get in touch with Amy again. But it all depends on her now.
